DELHI POLLUTION CONTROL COMMITTEE (Liaisoning)
Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) is an autonomous regulatory body came into existence w.e.f. 01.06.1991 after Notification Dated 15.03.1991 of Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), which delegated all its powers and functions to DPCC, under Section 4(4) of Water Act & Section 6 of Air Act. Accordingly, DPCC acts as a regulatory body in respect of NCT of Delhi for implementation of various Environmental / Pollution Control Laws enacted by the Parliament and notified by MOEF, Govt. of India. DPCC is headed by Chairman, DPCC [Secretary (Environment & Forest), Govt. of NCT of Delhi].
FSSAI (Liaisoning)
The importance of FSSAI License is that any food business in India works according to The Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 has to take the FSSAI Licence according to its tomover. The smooh working of such business is monitored by FSSAI.
Fire (NOC) Liaisoning
The capital of India with its ever-increasing population in far-flung colonies & crowded localities and unplanned growth has always been a city with heavy fire risk. The risk has now been further increased with the expansion of industries and construction of high-rise buildings in the National Capital Territory of Delhi. Many of the high-rise buildings in the Delhi have not yet been provided within built fire fighting arrangements, which are considered to be very essential from fire safety point of view. To ensure safety of such buildings and their occupants, the Building Bye-laws were adopted and duly notified by the Delhi Administration of 23rd June 1983. The Building Bye-laws are further being up-dated.
MCD – Municipal Corporation of States (Liaisoning)
Trade license is a certificate/document that permits a company to carry on the business or trade activites in a particular municipal limit for which it is issued. Trade License is issued by the Municipal Corporation of states to traders and establishments to monitor and regulate the various trade activities at the city level.
